Holiday Return Period extended 2026:

We’ve extended our return policy until January 31, 2026. This extension applies to all orders placed between October 20 and December 31. A $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or charged when processing domestic returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Original packaging is not required. For hygienic reasons, panties and boxer briefs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if a wrong or defective garment is received, we will cover the return shipping costs when the local government postal service is used.

Refunds cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.

We accept all major credit cards or, if you prefer, you can pay with your Paypal, Amazon Pay, GPay and Shop Pay account.

Shipping Cost

In the USA, orders over $100 include free shipping. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are usually between $5 and $11. For Canada, the shipping cost can range between $10 to $50. Shipping to the rest of the world generally costs around $25, based on the weight and size of the package. For shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom, please visit our European Site.

Shipping Time

Please allow 2 business days after the date of purchase for handling. Delivery within the USA can take 2-7 business days. We deliver from Los Angeles, CA, so all items have already passed US customs. We can ship to almost any location worldwide

Tracking Your Order

Once your items have been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail.

Exchanges & Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days, with a $5.00 return shipping label for all USA orders. The fee will be deducted from your refund. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, for hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.

Please include photos of the item with your request. These photos allow our team to determine if the product qualifies for return or exchange. We’ve received returns in poor condition, including worn items, those with odors, animal hair, or not from our brand. To maintain quality, we now require photos of the item before sending it back.

Our team will review your request and photos to determine eligibility. Approval of photos does not guarantee a return. If approved, we’ll send a return label, and your item will be inspected once received before any refund or exchange is issued.

Every returned item is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and prepared to be resold. We are committed to minimizing waste, no returned clothing goes to landfill.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt.
We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Important:
To maintain quality control and transparency, all refund requests must include photos of the item.

These photos are sent to our production team, who audit and analyze each case to help us continuously improve our garments.

This step is required before any refund is approved. Please note that refunds will only be processed after the submitted photos are reviewed and approved by our production team.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made with gift cards may be returned for store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at embracelife@ecoaya.com .

When a customer requests an exchange for an international order, they will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes on the new shipment. Please note that we are unable to refund any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order.

Shipping

Upon acceptance of return a ground-shipping label will be sent to you with the return address for the product.

Warranty

Aya Eco Fashion provides a full refund on any defected item. Natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, is not covered by the Warranty. Damage done by by user including but not limited to rips and tears are not covered by the Warranty, including any damage done during any washing not according to our posted washing instructions. Damages will be assessed by Aya Eco Fashion to determine if they fall under the Warranty.
