Low Carbon Footprint

Manufacturing in one country allows us to greatly reduce our carbon footprint and freight shipping. This is a major step on our journey to becoming a carbon negative company.

We established our own textile production studio which means that we are not only a clothing brand but also a manufacturer. This gives us more control over the processes and ingredients used in our production, and allows us to be transparent and traceable.

Nice, however

I ordered low plant dye 3 pairs as I suffer with 5 (!) Pelvic floor disorders. Nicely made. However, it's obvious you sent me the $25 pairs as all 3 clearly match the photos - not the $30 ones I paid for. Bait and switch? I read review with woman questioning her 1 pair and you said it was a "design" change. But 3 pairs? No. I have pics of all 3 pairs I bought to show you. But no link here. Happy to show you if you provide way to download my pics. I am very disappointed in what appears to be bad business ethics. As restitution, I am requesting you send me free pair of the chemical free white panty bc it's the only white one in your entire selection so I can be sure it's really chemical free. I wear XXL. My name is Toni Garsh. You should have my address. Here's to hoping you'll do the right thing.

Different from the pictures on the product page :(

I ordered several pairs in different colors. The white ones were exactly what were displayed on the product page, and I am *obsessed* — great quality, excellent construction, and so soft. The rest of the pairs I received were completely different, though. They had bulky seams and a scratchy black waistband (the body of the briefs was the natural grey color). Customer support says this is the new design, and I am so bummed. I would LOVE to buy more pairs in the old style!

Finally the best plastic free underwear!

The best polyester / elastic free underwear I’ve found (and I’ve looked for a while!). Even though it doesn’t have elastic, the stretch and fit of the natural cotton is great. Just the best.
